The last couple of days were definitely busy but not with meetings but rather following up with items for events coming up over the rest of the year. I was able to lock down and confirm the sumo suits for the Fall Festival, the items needed for some special fire drinks to be available at the Luau and the final items needed for the 50's party and line up a few meetings to ensure everyone involved in the activities are aware of their responsibilities. In addition, unfortunately, we had a slight scare with my mother-in-law who fell and couldn't figure out how to get back into her chair. After a few times of trying various methods, we were finally successful and surprisingly she was not injured at all from the fall which supposedly happened when the power temporarily went off and she couldn't see to get around and accidentally fell.
