Tonight, I installed the officers of the Springfield Shrine Club (they voted a couple of years back to not meet in January or February). I was very happy to hear about the financial changes they have made to help move the club from losing money to breaking even. Though the paid help they had were doing a good job, they have now moved to all volunteer help which should allow them to have an opportunity to break even instead of losing several thousand every year. They also agreed to do the afterglow party for the Shrine Parade in Springfield on Memorial Day weekend.
