Behind The Scenes Work

While it might not be the most glamorous part of any organization, the planning portion is critical to the success of any group. Today, Pam and I meet with all the Aides for around 3 hours to set up leads for the remaining activities throughout the year and finalize the details for the events of the next three months. We also reviewed where improvements could be made from the first couple of events. The best part of the discussion was the enthusiasm of the Aides towards making sure every detail took into account what could be done to maximize the experience for the Nobles and Ladies attending each event.
