Today was our planning meeting at UD arena with the staff for the Circus coming up in three weeks. Since this is the first year we are charging for parking, we had many questions and concerns about how we could make sure it was implemented as easily and seamless as possible. In addition, we have several small changes to either make things better or to address issues associated with the circus from last year. While I'm sure we didn't solve everything and will have some new problems we didn't even know we had, the day was very productive and at least for now we have the items addressed.
