Tonight was the Darke Co Shrine Club Christmas Party with around 60 in attendance. (But everyone was asking where is Dave Heizer???) They started out with a good dinner and then rolled into the entertainment section. (But where was Dave Heizer???) We sang Christmas Carole's and did a few introductions and then socialized. Assistant Rabban Scott Lipps, 1st Ceremonial Master Jim Thorpe and Past Potentate Ray Combs were also present. (And still no Dave Heizer???) Oh, and to top it all off they presented a check for $45,000 to the Shrine Hospital. (Don't worry Dave: Scott and I took care of you this evening!!!....Have fun on your next trip to Darke County, Dave!!!)
