Planning for future events

Today we spent most of the day finishing up the decorations for most of the events for the rest of the year.We also took a quick shopping trip as I found out they had a major sale on many of the items we planned to purchase. I was really glad that it appeared the decorations are all in good shape. In addition, we reviewed all the finishing touches for each of the events and it appears we just have a few meetings to set up so all events go as planned. Since we are still looking at a few of events with possibly 200+ in attendance yet this year, it definitely pays to make sure all plans are in place and the leaders of the events are aware of what is going on for the event.
