A Good Team is Always An Essential Element

It has never been so apparent as this week what a good team will help you to accomplish even when you might be buried at your paying job (gotta work so I can afford to do all the Masonic work!). I'm already well over 50 hours at work this week and we are only  three days into the week. But as I started out this is when you know if you have picked the right TEAM. This week folks stepped up to assist me with some items in regards to the Golf Outing and the Englewood Parade afterglow. The persons helping with the various portions of the Murder Mystery Theater have really stepped up this week especially since the crowd right now is around twice the original expected amount. This included multiple folks working on ticket sales, food preparation and serving along with room set-up and the actual folks portraying the parts in the play. I had some folks stepping up in the membership area and are working to ensure the next special ceremonial in August in Waynesville is a success. I've also had folks helping to work through the transition to a new Hospital Transportation group and considering Howard did the job for close to 20 years, there are lots of areas where  new decisions have to be made.

But luckily for me, I finally was able to leave the house for long enough today to stop by the temple and address the bills awaiting payment (somehow the bills never wait for anyone). Well better get back to my paying job....until next time ...don't work too hard!
