Tonight Kevin and I met with several folks on the Fall Festival tonight. We met with the Fire Dancers, the band and on general administration issues for the event. We discussed the food .... everything from hot dogs, pizza, and chips to popcorn, snow cones and cotton candy. We discussed the entertainment ... from kids activities with possible blow ups and various games to young persons events of sumo wrestling suits, WII Bowling and Corn Hole to activities for everyone of magicians, various bands and of course the Fire Dancers. When it came to helpers we discussed around 60 folks just to help administer the event and also to make sure everyone in attendance, including the workers got an opportunity to mingle and enjoy the event. We also came up with some additional fun items to add which should really add to the events of the evening. Mark your calendar for September 21st, invited your friends and stay turned for more!
