We definitely covered a lot of ground in a short period of time tonight! We had three activities which we needed to support this evening immediately after the Divan meeting so we tried to push the meeting as quick as possible while still ensuring each topic was fully covered. The good part was that we had already reviewed much of the information for the meeting tonight once before so it made the execution tonight easier. We are hoping the air conditioning will be handled in the dining room this week and the floors upstairs can be done shortly afterwards. We are also looking at some options to continue to get the building in better shape to rent. In addition, we discussed membership and future activities to ensure they are all planned and communicated to all on how they will be administered. Not really the most exciting items but then they are necessary to make sure we continue to put out quality events.
