This morning there were several who came out to volunteer (or participate) in the first Elissa Guild 5K Bunny Hoop Walk/Run. They were able to obtained several sponsors and although it was the coldest day over the past couple of weeks, several hearty souls braved the weather and participated in the race. All finished, though we had to send out a rescue squad for Jim and Joe Thorpe as they either got lost or had to stop for some refreshments along the way. Lippsy also determined that when running in a clown outfit one should wear suspenders!
