Free Tickets

For 2012, any Noble wishing to attend ticketed events for free, we have a method to make that happen. Any person selling 10 tickets to an event (with the exception of office tickets and tickets for the Potentates Ball) and turning in the money, will receive 1 free ticket for each 10 sold to that event.
